Dems a lotta cheeseburgers
Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 07:14AM I have weigh in on Wednesday. To tell if (by any miracle out there) I have lost anything. Thus far, it has not been good. Week 1 I lost 0.5 of a pound. Week 2 nothing. Now with week 3 coming up, I am thinking there had better be a significant change on the scale.
If not, I am going to eat my weight in McDonald's.
A few people have gotten a kick out of this threat. The Guy wants to know exactly how much I will have to eat in order to accomplish this. I tried to figure it out, but was struck with the conundrum - should I compare the weight of the food? The calories they are worth? The amount of fat those calories will become? There's a lot to consider if you want to do this right.
My coworker Goose wants me not to lose anything so I will eat McDonald's. He says this eating well is making me grouchy. Yeah? You try eating nothing but deli meat and turkey jerky and whole wheatdry toast and tell me how YOU LIKE IT. YOU'D BE GROUCHY TOO. JERK.
Sometimes, this diet makes me all yelly.

Anyway, I fell onto your blog (didn't hurt anything I hope) and I bookmarked it so that I can come back tomorrow. Enjoyed it while I was here.
OK. DIETS.... I can identify. I found out that I have diabetes in Feb 08. Have not had any sugar since then. Have not had any enjoyment since then. Have not had any GOOD food since then. Am taking insulin and meds..........and actually I gained 4 pounds. Go figure.
